Dietel is an agent of the Time Bureau.
Biography[]
After Gary Green began conducting performance reviews at the Bureau, he called in Dietel and hypnotized him. When Mona Wu attempted to call the Legends for help, Dietel inquired as to what she was doing, being fooled in to believing she'd had her performance review. He later lined up with his co-workers as Mona was brought in for her "performance review".[1]
