Doctor Who is a long-running TV series on Earth-1, lasting at least 34 seasons.

Overview

The plot of the series centers around the eponymous Doctor Who, also known as simply "The Doctor", who changes his appearance and gender from actor to actor.

Ray Palmer, according to Felicity Smoak, was able to recall the plot of every single episode of Doctor Who's 34-season run.

At some point Joe West became aware of the series and, possibly, a fan.

Joanie mentioned that Cecile Horton became pregnant again "seven Doctor Whos" later. When Joe wondered if she was a fan of the show, Joanie answered that became one since the Doctor became a lady.

When Chester P. Runk encountered one of Cisco Ramon's inventions, it reminded him of a "sonic wrench" and he briefly made an impression of the titular character of the series.
