Donnie is a resident of Star City and a classmate of William Clayton.
Biography[]
While on a school trip, Donnie arrogantly picked on William Clayton for no reason, though William was unfazed. When there was a traffic jam due to an imminent threat on Star City, they escaped from their school bus, William helping a terrified Donnie.[1]
