Donald James "Donny" Lucas is a Canadian actor, voice artist, and comedian. He portrayed a customs agent in Arrow, a Time Master captain and a shopkeeper in DC's Legends of Tomorrow, Garrett Hall in Batwoman, and Chip Cooper in The Flash. He also voiced Lucius Fox A.I. in Batwoman.
