The EYE-3C9, nicknamed the Ring of Fire by Remington Meister, was a satellite that worked as a weapon of mass destruction.

In 2019, the satellite was put up on sale in an auction, hosted by Remington Meister in Midway City. The auction was interrupted by Barry Allen and Ralph Dibny but Remington got the time to launch a countdown to destroy Central City. However, Remington was neutralized along with Ultraviolet. Soon enough, Dibny activated a self destruct system to destroy the satellite before it could wipe out Central City.[1]
