Eddie Walczak was a criminal from Starling City. He was also one of William Tockman's underlings.
Biography[]
Eddie, along with his partner Certo, were sent to Kord Enterprises to steal the Skeleton Key for William Tockman. Eddie was later killed by Tockman for disobeying the latter's orders.[1]
