Lex and Elizabeth's promise

A young Elizabeth with her father.

Elizabeth was born in 1991 to Lex and Erica Luthor. Lex used to walk Elizabeth to school almost every day, even the day he was upset. She chose to stay with Lex in Metropolis after her parents separated.

After Lex was incarcerated for apparently murdering Boss Moxie, Elizabeth cut all ties and refused to speak with him.

To escape the bad publicity of her father's arrest, Elizabeth moved to England with Erica, where her accent also changed pretty soon. She eventually went to medical school in London and graduated top of her class. At some point, Elizabeth married an unnamed man.

Even when her father was released from prison after he was proven to be innocent of Moxie's murder, Elizabeth refused to meet him due to his other criminal activities.[2][3]

Reunion with her father[]

"I chose you. And now it's your turn. Choose me."
"Don't do this, Elizabeth."
"If you truly want to break the cycle, you'll leave this all behind. Please, it... it's the only way, Dad."
"She has to pay."
"...Mom was right about you. I won't expose my son to this kind of hatred. So stay out of my life... forever.
