Plot[]
Mari McCabe is running through the city, away from the Arrow and the Flash, who are both urging her to stop. They make various attempts to stop her, but she evades them through the use of mystical, animalistic powers. The Arrow shoots an arrow at her, which explodes into a net, but she plummets backwards from the building, falling towards the ground.
Three days prior, Mari awakened in a prison cell. An officer came to tell her that her bail had been posted, before she went to retrieve her belongings. The guard returning the items commented on her fashion designs, making her angry, but he shrugged it off. The other guard offered Mari money for her necklace to give to his wife, but she refused as it's a family heirloom. Outside, she was met by her foster father, Chuck, much to her surprise, concluding that he posted her bail. They went to grab a bite to eat, where Mari described how she got thrown in jail after stabbing a potential employer, who rudely hit on her, with a pen. As they left the restaurant, they get jumped by some thugs. Chuck offered his wallet and its contents, but they knocked him down before threatening to kill Mari if she didn't hand over her necklace.
