Erica Shukrani Luttrell (born March 10, 1982) is a Canadian actress of American and Tanzanian heritage. She portrayed Laura Washington/Cyberwoman in Arrow.

- Luttrell is the sister of Rachel Luttrell.
- Luttrell has been involved with several DC properties which includes a guest spot on Arrow as well voicing numerous characters including a young Doctor Fate in the animated series Justice League Action; Cheetah and Martha Kent in the animated film JLA Adventures: Trapped in Time; and Cheetah, Bleez and Giganta in the video game LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham. She would once again voice Cheetah in Injustice 2 and LEGO DC Super-Villains.
