The Eyes app is an application created by Neron for the purpose of "reporting monsters",^[1] facading its real purpose of collecting souls through its Terms of Service.

It's introduced by Neron for people to report "monsters". However, it's Terms of Service includes a line, which people don't read. The people who accepts the Terms of Service of the app, directly bonds their soul to Neron.^[2]
