Behind the scenes
- The helmet of Jay Garrick, the first Flash, was tossed out of the wormhole as Eobard Thawne was attempting to go home to the future.
- A glimpse of the Flash Museum is shown while Barry runs in the Speed Force, which is a museum of Barry's greatest achievments, suits and memorabilia of his allies and villains.
- Barry also gets a glimpse of the future of Caitlin Snow, who reminisces Killer Frost and shoots ice out of her hands.
- There is a glimpse of Barry in handcuffs and in a prison uniform with the letters IHP, possibly of Iron Heights Prison, suggesting that Barry will be arrested for a crime.
- Eobard Thawne reveals that the particle accelerator explosion affected Cisco Ramon, giving him meta-human powers related to vibrations. This is likened to his comic counterpart of Vibe.
- Despite being a cameo, this marks the first time in an episode of The Flash where Captain Cold appears without the word "Rogue" in the title.
- Eobard says to Barry "run, Barry run," a reference to the pilot when Barry is fighting Clyde Mardon when Eobard says the same line.
