The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is a governmental agency within the United States Department of Justice that serves as both a federal criminal investigative organization and an internal intelligence agency.
History[]
In the 1940s, the F.B.I. tracked Damien Darhk in New York City.[1]
In 2009, the F.B.I. arrested Cooper Seldon for violation of U.S. Code title 18, section 1030; Computer Fraud and Abuse Act after he hacked into the Department of Education and erased 3,000 student loans.[2]
The same year, Helena Bertinelli began secretly feeding the F.B.I. incriminating information on the Bertinelli crime family; until her father, Frank Bertinelli had her her fiancé, Michael Staton murdered under the belief that; he was the F.B.I.'s informant.[3][4]
In 2017, agent Samanda Watson investigated Oliver Queen, the mayor of Star City; regarding if he is the vigilante known as Green Arrow. When Oliver desperately needed help to take down Ricardo Diaz, she offered the FBI's support in exchange for Oliver confessing his secret and being sent to Slabside Maximum Security Prison.
