Felra is a citizen of Argo City and former member of the Children of Juru.

Biography

Early life

On Krypton, Felra was a member of the Children of Juru, a coven dedicated to creating "New Krypton" where the old polytheistic deities would be worshipped, including Yuda Kal. For this purpose, the Children of Juru created three Worldkillers using advanced genetic engineering and dark magic. When Krypton died, Felra was one of the few survivors of the coven. She lived on Argo City, where her husband owned a grocery shop. Felra and the coven waited for the Worldkillers, who were sent to Earth, to awaken.

Preparing for New Krypton

When Kara Zor-El decided to return to Argo City after Reign and Samantha Arias were separated, Felra was to ensure no one stopped her fellow witches Selena, Ayala, and Vita from stealing Kara's ship to travel to Earth, where they would resurrect Reign and terraform the planet. Felra also tried to kill Kara to ensure she wouldn't try and interfere with the Children of Juru's plans.

Felra first attacked Kara by arranging for a newly-constructed crane to collapse at the marketplace. However, this failed and Felra fled as Kara spotted her. Felra continued to spy on Kara and that night, she was spotted again by the latter outside a restaurant. Kara pursued Felra, remembering her from the marketplace, and demanded answers but Felra claimed she was innocent. Chief Peace Officer Thara Ak-Var believed Felra and told her to go home.

The next day, Felra tried to attack Kara and Mon-El with a rogue Kelex robot at the greenhouse, which also failed and she was subsequently captured. When Thara furiously interrogated Felra on why she would attack Kara, Felra smugly revealed her allegiance to the Children of Juru and that Selena was the high priestess. Not long after, Alura discovered the coven had stolen Kara's ship and escaped to Earth.[1]

Felra was arrested along with the other members of the Children of Juru after Samantha and Kara defeated Reign.[2]
