Mxyzptlk owned an unnamed hat with energy connected to the Fifth Dimension.
History[]
At some point in time, Mxyzptlk was in possession of this hat, but he lost it to an unnamed man during a gamble.[1] The man later used the hat to act as an extreme vigilante. Later, the Hat was locked up in a D.E.O. facility.[2]
