The orb is a powerful tool from her dimension which was able to display an image of Zor-El, confirming he was still alive after being captured by Scar.[1] Later, Nyxly fashioned a similar orb and trapped Mxyzptlk inside.[2]

- Fifth Dimensional energy blasts: Nxyly was able to use her power to perform energy blasts that manages to make the Phantom zone Projector fall down.
- Photokinesis: Nxyly was able to show Kara where Zor-El was through a picture in the orb, Nyxly was able to figure out the location of the AllStone Totems Through a picture after putting Mxyzptlk on it.
- Energy Absorption: The orb was able to absorb Mxy inside it.
