Calvin Nico is a criminal working for Vincent Steelgrave and later Werner Zytle.
Biography[]
Werner sent Nico to steal a cache of RPGs (rocket-propelled grenades). It was later revealed that he was only sent so they could plant a tracker on Oliver Queen. While he successfully placed the tracker, he was arrested by Quentin Lance.[1]
