A crew was formed after Liza Warner, Chien Na Wei, and Carrie Cutter escape Iron Heights custody. Despite attempts to arrest Green Arrow, the three criminals were defeated by Team Arrow with the assist of the SCPD and were arrested once again.
History[]
In 2017, Liza Warner, Chien Na Wei and Carrie Cutter break out of Iron Heights Prison and head to Star City. The three formed a team that tried to find and retrieve Tobias Church's money, after which to follow Warner's intentions to take over the city with an army. Despite the interference of the Green Arrow, the team evaded arrest as the Anti-Crime Unit was ordered to apprehend the Green Arrow for the murder of Billy Malone. Eventually, they were defeated by Team Arrow and the SCPD, thereby getting arrested again.[1]
