National City Power Plant is a power plant located in National City.
History[]
Vartox lured Supergirl to the National City Power Plant to kill her. Once she arrived, Vartox used the lead-lined structures of the plant to his advantage in order to ambush the superheroine. The two fought, damaging several structures until the D.E.O. arrived.[1]
