The Flash Museum was a section of the Liberation Underground's headquarters dedicated to remembering the Flash.

The Devil's Gate Reservoir was turned into a hideout for the Liberation Underground so they could hide from Mayor Pike. However, when hiding out, people in the movement told stories of the Flash, until they decided to make a museum in his honor. Including The Trickster's costume, the Mask of Rasputin, Trachmann's glove, The Ghost's suit, and a replica of The Flash suit.
Later, Barry Allen had seen it during his trip forward in time. He then wore the replica Flash suit in order to regain his speed at S.T.A.R. Labs and get back to 1991.[1]
