He honed his vibrational abilities and used them to watch his Earth One counterpart, eventually becoming powerful enough to adopt the persona Reverb. He served as one of Zoom's enforcers in Central City, where Zoom employed his abilities to help monitor other worlds, thereby gleaning a great deal of knowledge of his targets through Reverb.
The arrival of Earth One Flash
When Barry Allen arrived on Earth Two with Cisco Ramon and Harry, Reverb alerted Deathstorm. When Cisco, Iris and Floyd approached Killer Frost and Deathstorm, Reverb revealed himself. Reverb offered his Earth One doppelgänger a job to work with him to take down Zoom but the latter refused. When the Flash arrived, Reverb was knocked down briefly. - Sonic blasts: Unlike the Cisco Ramon of Earth-1, Reverb is also able to generate blasts from his hands, in the form of sonic waves.
