Frank Chen (died March 2013) was a prominent and wealthy businessman in Star City. He was also the father of Amanda Chen and an old friend of the Queen family. Frank was a member of Tempest and influential in the success of The Undertaking. He was later killed by Malcolm Merlyn after a failed attempt to turn on him.
Biography[]
At some point, Frank Chen had a daughter named Amanda Chen.
Prior to 2007, Amanda was raped and nearly lost her life in the Glades. This led Frank to join Malcolm Merlyn's crusade to get revenge on the person responsible for assaulting and nearly killing her.[1]
In March 2013, Frank was killed by Malcolm, after being revealed but also framed by Moira Queen as the sole conspirator instead of a co-conspirator, for the assassination attempt on Malcolm's life.[2]
