Frank Chen (died March 2013) was a prominent and wealthy businessman. He was also the father of Amanda Chen, and an old friend of the Queen family. He had very close ties to The Undertaking, and was influential in its success. Frank was later killed by Malcolm Merlyn.

Biography

At some point of his life, he had a daughter named Amanda Chen.

Amanda was beaten and nearly lost her life in The Glades by getting raped. This led Chen, to join Malcolm's crusade to get revenge on the people responsible for assaulting and nearly killing her.

In March 2013, Frank was killed by Malcolm Merlyn, after being revealed but also framed by Moira as sole conspirator rather then a co-conspirator, for the assassination attempt on Malcolm's life.
