A bunker is used as the Freedom Fighters' base of operations. It is located in Star City.

At some point in 2017, the Freedom Fighters moved their base of operations from Tulsa to Star City.[1]
Months later, in late November, a number of heroes from Earth-1 were brought there after they escaped from a Nazi camp.[2]
