Dr. Gill is an obstetric doctor residing in Star City. He is also one of the few people to know Thea Queen's true parentage.
Biography
When Dr. Gill delivered Thea, there were complications in the birth, resulting in Moira Queen revealing to Gill that Malcolm Merlyn was Thea's biological father.[1]
