Gilmour is a criminal that operated in Star City.
Biography
In 2017, Gilmour and a group of other men accompanied Derek Sampson to Fairbanks Chemical to help him steal a supply of cyclotrizane for Adrian Chase. While attempting to load barrels of the chemical into a truck, Gilmour was incapacitated by Team Arrow. Sampson was alerted to the vigilantes' presence when Gilmour failed to respond on his walkie-talkie and the lights went out in the facility.[1]
