A protective suit was worn by a counterfeit version of the meta-human speedster Godspeed.
History
The suit was worn by this version of Godspeed when he came to Central City in 2020. When he was defeated by Team Flash and Pied Piper and taken to Iron Heights, it was revealed that he was another copy and had been sent by someone who wanted "infinite velocity".
