Gotham City: Movie in the Park is a community event in Gotham City, where Gothamites would watch classic films in Robinson Park.
History[]
Sometime in the past, Movie in the Park was a recurring event organized by the Gotham City government. The event was meant to symbolize that the citizens would not give in to the fear of local rampant crime. For unknown reasons though, Movie in the Park was stopped altogether.

On a Friday night in 2018, Movie in the Park was reinstated and the first viewing was held in Robinson Park, where a film was projected for maximum viewing. During the event, Gotham's new Bat vigilante was spotted gliding in the skies of Gotham after she fought Alice and saved Sophie Moore.[1]

- The film shown at Movie in the Park was the 1920 film The Mark of Zorro, notable for being the film in the comics that the Wayne family saw right before Thomas and Martha's murders.
