Harmony Falls Psychiatric Facility was a facility for people with psychiatrically impaired. As of 1958, it is located in Harmony Falls. Vandal Savage worked there as a doctor and turned patients into monstrous creatures. The creatures attacked the hospital and were stopped and cured by the Legends.[1]
