Harmony Falls Psychiatric Facility was a facility for people with psychiatricly impaired. Furthermore, as of 1958 it's located in Harmony Falls. Vandal Savage worked there as a doctor and turned patients into monstrous creatures. The creatures attacked the hospital and were stopped and cured by the Legends.
