"Harry and the Harrisons" is the twenty-first episode of the fourth season of The Flash, and the ninetieth episode overall. It aired on May 8, 2018.

Synopsis

With DeVoe's Enlightenment device nearly complete, in order to disable it the Flash and his team must put their faith in an unlikely ally – Amunet Black. Meanwhile, Harry hits an all-time low when the "Council of Wells" kicks him out but then Cisco introduces him to the "Council of Harrisons". ^[1]

The title references the 1987 film Harry and the Hendersons.
Amunet jokingly refers to Barry as David Caruso, who portrayed Lieutenant Horatio Caine in the TV series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and CSI: Miami, and Detective John Kelly in the TV series NYPD Blue.
Cisco and Harry possibly sing a line from the Octave One song Black Water.
When Caitlin asks Norvock where she can find Amunet, Norvock says that no one's seen her in a while, and states, "For all I know, the witch is dead" referring to the demise of the Wicked Witch of the East at the beginning of The Wizard of Oz.
- Following in the line from The Wizard of Oz, Amunet makes her exit in a tornado, using her metal shards.
Regarding Norvock's powers, Cisco says, "Eye snakes. Why did it have to be eye snakes?", referring to Raiders of the Lost Ark, where Indy asks "Snakes. Why did it have to be snakes?" when, in his search for the Ark of the Covenant, he arrives at the Well of Souls, and finds that the Ark is surrounded by countless snakes, when Indy had previously stated that he hates snakes.
This is the 11th episode in the Arrowverse and the third episode of The Flash to be named after a character in a civilian sense, after "Sara", "The Secret Origin of Felicity Smoak", "Who is Harrison Wells?", "My Name Is Oliver Queen", "Alex", "Zari", "When Harry Met Harry...", "Run, Iris, Run", "I, Ava" and "Schott Through the Heart".
- This is also the second episode to be named after Harry Wells. The first one is "When Harry Met Harry..."
When Joe West and Caitlin walk into an illegal gambling den, Joe says "Somebody saw "Molly's Game.", referring to the 2017 film of the same name.
