In an erased timeline on Earth-1, Hartley Rathaway founded a team of meta-human criminals.
History[]
Hartley Rathaway gathered various enemies of the Flash. Those being Mark Mardon, Shawna Baez, Kyle Nimbus, and Roy Bivolo. Using them to spread the Flash too thin through various attacks on Central City in order to take it over. While they tried to threaten Mayor Anthony Bellows, he refused to give into their demands. So they continued escalating their attacks.[1]
However, the team's defeat came when Shawna didn't sign up for the other's ambitions and ratted them out to Iris West. It gave Team Flash the intel they needed to finally gain a leg up. However, because of Barry's disadvantage due to a plasma disease, Team Arrow had decided to give him assistance. With Oliver Queen taking down Bivolo at the dam, Joe West and John Diggle taking down The Mist, and Barry taking down Mardon. However, Hartley made a last ditch effort to defeat the two heroes by creating a monster of sound. However, he was eventually stopped and the team was officially disbanded.[1]
New timeline[]
Because Barry traveled back in time to ask Eobard Thawne for assistance in getting faster in order to stop Zoom, this led to Hartley no longer being Team Flash's enemy. He then presumably never became a threat to Team Flash because of this by creating this team.[2]
