Harvey is a beloved assistant district attorney in Gotham City, as well as the brother of Evelyn Dent and the uncle of Duela Dent.

Biography

Harvey was born in Gotham and had a sister, Evelyn. At some point in his life he became the assistant district attorney, being deeply loved by his fellow Gothamites.[1]
