Dr. Henry Mayfield is a doctor specializing in individuals with albinism.
Biography
Dr. Mayfield was approached by Tobias Whale, Tobias not giving any of his details except a phone number, regularly providing checkups for him. One night, Mayfield was approached by Black Lightning, who was hoping to lure Tobias to the doctor's office. The following night, he called The Scary Lady, asking for Tobias to come in under the guise of testing for psoriasis, though Black Lightning never showed.[1]
