History

After the Amazo was majorly damaged, Amanda Waller had Oliver Queen transported to Hong Kong. From there, she picked him up in a car. Oliver made repeated attempts to escape, only to agree to help Waller out when she threatened Maseo's family.

Later on, it was subjected to a bioterrorist attack by the United States Marine, who planned to use the Triads to cover their tracks. However, the official story ended up being a chemical spill.
