The House of El, also known as the El family, is a family of Kryptonians, who are former residents of Krypton.

- The House of El emblem stands for "El mayarah" which means "stronger together".[1]
- The family crest is the Superman "S" with a pentagon shield. That Kara and Clark always wear in their suits to represent the House of El. The "S" in Kryptonian stands for Hope.
- Though Mon-El's name ends in "El", he is not a member of the House of El.
