The Hoverchair is a weapon formerly used by Clifford DeVoe.
History[]
At some point in time, the hoverchair was created by Clifford DeVoe in order to expand his mental capacity on a massive scale. Later, it was taken by Team Flash and stored in the Starchives.[1]

Sometime in mid-2020, Cecile Horton used the hoverchair to free all of Central City from the fear Psych released over them.[1]
When Psycho Pirate was possesing Cecile Horton, it used the chair for increase its own psychic powers, until Chester P. Runk destroyed it with a sword.[2]
Abilities[]
- Mental capacity expansion: The chair was able to expand Cecile Horton's mental capacity so that she could reach all of Central City with her empath powers.[1]
- Cerebral link helmet: The hoverchair has a helmet designed to link the user to the interface, allowing whoever uses it to control the device with the thought.
- Containment shield generation: The hoverchair can create an impenetrable shield designed to keep anyone in, or out.[2]

Behind the scenes[]
- The Hoverchair is near identical to the one used by Lex Luthor of the Justice League: Gods and Monsters continuity. Both have an assortment of gadgets and a teleportation like device. However, the key feature was to aid both geniuses in movement due to both of them having a form of ALS.
- The chair is also very similar to the Mobius Chair created by Metron, which can teleport, create force fields or tractor beams, and act as life support to its user. Additionally, the Thinker has incredibly high intelligence, mirroring the omniscience granted by the Mobius chair.
