From 1958–1960, two marooned members of the time traveling Legends, Ray Palmer and Kendra Saunders were stranded Hub City.[1]

By early 2017, Dinah Drake tracked drug lord Sean Sonus to Hub City and traveled there to kill him. Dinah eventually encountered Oliver, Rene Ramirez, and Curtis Holt when they attempted to recruit her into Team Arrow. A couple days later, three of them and Dinah worked together to take down Sonus and his gang.[5]

Roy Harper worked in here as a mechanic until John Diggle requested his assistance on a mission,[6] but, when Roy gets his arm amputated, Diggle regrets the decision.[7]
