Janice Bowen is the mother of Carter Bowen and an old friend of the Queen family.
Biography[]
In late 2012, Janice Bowen and her son, Carter, were invited to the Queen Mansion for Sunday brunch with Moira, Thea, and a recently returned Oliver. Once they arrived, Janice conversed with Moira and happily greeted Oliver, glad to see him again. Over brunch, Janice proudly listened as her son showcased his accomplishments. She wondered what was next for Oliver now that he was back, to which Oliver revealed that he planned to open a nightclub.[1]
