An unnamed woman on Earth-3 was a speedster and the trainee of Jay Garrick.
Biography[]
Jay told Team Flash that he'd train this woman to take his place as the new speedster vigilante on his Earth, while he himself would retire from being the Flash on Earth-3.[1] It is unknown what happened to her after the destruction and recreation of the multiverse.
