Jerry is a resident of New Gotham City.
Biography
Jerry rode a bus to New Gotham City, making friends with Dinah Redmond. Once they got off, he gave her his number and they promised to meet up. Meeting up that night, he revealed his true nature, and tried to take advantage of her. However, the Huntress intervened, knocking Jerry about and causing him to run.[1]
