Jesse Presley was the twin brother of the late Elvis Presley.

Jesse was delivered 35 minutes before his brother Elvis although unfortunately he was stillborn. However, due to being identical twins Jesse's spirit was always with his brother and grew as he did.^[1]

Powers and abilities

Powers

Ghost physiology: As a ghost, Jesse has special abilities.^[2]
- Astral projection: As Jesse cannot be present on Earth in a physical form, his form is shown only as a projection of his soul.
- Invisibility: Jesse cannot be visibly perceived by other human beings.
- Intangibility: Jesse can pass through anything and everything.
- Flight: Jesse is able to hover above the ground.
- Superhuman speed: Jesse can move at superhuman speed.
- Teleportation: Jesse is able to transport from place to place, seemingly in no time at all.
