At one point, Jim Corrigan was a highly decorated police officer. Eventually, he had a new purpose and became something else, a "spectre".[1]
Passing on the Spectre
After Oliver Queen was resurrected, Corrigan arrived in Purgatory and told him it was his turn to carry the spectre to save the multiverse.[1]
Powers and abilities
- Spirit physiology: As a spirit, Jim has special abilities.
- Interdimensional travel: Corrigan is able to bring people to other dimensions in the multiverse like what he did to John Constantine, John Diggle, and Mia Smoak, teleporting them back from Purgatory to the Waverider.
- Bioluminescence: Corrigan's eyes glow green when he activates his powers like when he teleported John Constantine, John Diggle, and Mia Smoak back to Waverider.
- Power bestowal: With the glow of his eyes, Jim Corrigan was able to transfer the power of the Spectre to Oliver so he can save the multiverse.
- Precognition: Corrigan has the ability to see people's future. He told Oliver that he is destined to become the spectre to save the multiverse from destruction.
- Interdimensional travel: Corrigan is able to bring people to other dimensions in the multiverse like what he did to John Constantine, John Diggle, and Mia Smoak, teleporting them back from Purgatory to the Waverider.
