John Bolen is the husband of Vickie Bolen and the father of Alice Bolen.
Biography
At some time, John Bolen married Vickie and he and his wife had a daughter named Alice.
He and his wife held a birthday party for their daughter, at which his wife was attacked by Cicada for being a meta-human (which he and his daughter had no idea about). The Flash and XS came to the rescue. After this, he and his family were placed in a relocation program.
