Jordan is a known resident of Coast City.
Biography
At some point before 2011 Jordan became a resident of Coast City. He was present in the same bar, in which Oliver Queen discussed his current state of affairs with Amanda Waller after a failing a brief vigilante mission.[1]

- Although unconfirmed, that style of bomber jacket usually suggests that person is a pilot.
Behind the scenes
- In the DC comics Hal Jordan is better known as the superhero Green Lantern. An ex-pilot, he is often seen wearing a very similar bomber jacket with his surname on in his civilian identity and is known to be residing in Coast City.
- The Flash episode "Rogue Air" contains another reference to the character, as a Ferris Air test pilot, who went missing.
- Episode "Welcome to Earth-2" also had Hal of Earth-2, also referencing the same character.
