An unnamed woman is the mother of Joslyn Jackam.
Biography[]
When she was in high school, she had a daughter with Mark Mardon. Mark left she and her daughter while they were both in the maternity ward to focus on his criminal career. As a result, her daughter Joslyn grew up hating her father for his abandonment.[1] Joss implied that her mother had emotionally abused her, which resulted in her running away from home at the age of 13.[2]

- In the comics, she is named Julie Jackam. She was a police officer at the Keystone City Police Department and was killed by one of the members of the Cicada Cult.
