Julia Pennyworth is a vigilante, and an old friend of Luke Fox, Bruce Wayne and Kate Kane. She posed as Batwoman to fool Sophie Moore.
Biography
Early life
At some point before 2019, Julia became friends with Kate Kane. At some point, she found out that Batman is Bruce Wayne. At some point, she has meet and befriended Luke Fox. At some point, she was assigned to chase "The Rifle", she manage to track some traces of him from Jakarta, Metropolis before finding him in Gotham.
Meeting Batwoman
In 2019, after a failed anthem to capture the Rifle, she briefly fights Batwoman before being defeated and figured out that she is in fact Kate. At the Batcave, she reveals her mission to track the Rifle and greet Luke who arrived. Some times later, while they where about to enter the Batcave and about to execute a plan that would make Sophie believe that Kate is not Batwoman, they are interrupted by Mary Hamilton who believes that Kate has a safe unaware that it's the Batcave's entrance. Later, once the problem has been dealt with, Julia poses as Batwoman in the Crows operation to retrieve a weapon and with Kate in the same room with "Batwoman" Sophie assume that she is not Batwoman and Julia is shot by the wanted weapon and falls in the street. The Crows find her and tries to arrest her by putting her in the Crows van. She would be rescued by Kate.

Back in the Batcave, Julia apologize to Kate for lying to her in the past. Luke than announce that the knife the police recovered belongs to Alice and Kate realize that she hired the Rifle to kill anyone who's connected to the gun and to kill her. Julia than announce that she won't continue to chase the Rifle since the agency has assigned her to another urgent mission at Santorini . She than says her goodbye and leaves.[1]
