Juliana Harkavy (born January 1, 1985) is an American actress. She portrayed Sarah in the Constantine episode, "Blessed Are the Damned". She also portrays Dinah Drake/Black Canary in a recurring role in the fifth season of Arrow, and as a series regular for the sixth and seventh seasons.
