Julie Karnowsky (died 2016) was a resident of National City and the wife of Phillip Karnowsky.
Biography
At some point in her life, Julie fell in love with and married Phillip Karnowsky.
In 2016, Julie was tragically murdered in a shooting.[1]
Legacy
Julie's killer was acquitted of her death due to the judge declaring a mistrial since the murder weapon was improperly classified. Enraged over this injustice, Phillip became a rogue vigilante who, after killing Julie's shooter, embarked on a murderous spree against other criminals freed due to technicalities until apprehended by Guardian.[1]
