Biography
When Felicity Smoak returned to Star City, Karla and the other employees of Palmer Technologies thought that the company's situation would improve. She was disappointed when Felicity was forced to fire her at the request of the board. Karla was later reinstated, along with the other employees that were fired at the board's behest.[1]
