In 2000, at the age of 11, Barry Allen had, according to himself, "run" to Iron Heights at Keystone City from Central City on at least one occasion on his own, to visit his father, Henry Allen.[6]
By late 2013, Tony Woodward had been living and working in Keystone City until he was laid off from Keystone Iron Works and disappeared for 10 months. When Woodward resurfaced and tried to approach Iris West, he claimed to have gotten a gym at his place in Keystone, where he'd been living out on the West Side.[7]
On January 17, 2014, Keystone City hosted the 21st Annual Quasar Award Banquet, where Ramsey Deacon was honored for designing the malware Kilg%re.[8]
In late 2014, when Detective Eddie Thawne and CSI Barry Allen found leads on Woodward's whereabouts, they went investigating at a microbrewery, Rusty Iron Ale Brewing Co.. An employee panicked and tried to flee upon seeing Woodward's photograph. During the chase, Barry, Eddie, and the employee appeared to be running in "Keystone's Historic Garrick's Wharf District".[7]
In early 2015, on Iris' first day working for Central City Picture News, she expressed a desire to write an article about a program in Keystone which helped battered women get back on their feet.[9]
The second Royal Flush Gang began their criminal activity when they robbed a bank in Keystone City.[9]
A sign to (or advertising?) Keystone city was knocked over when Barry tested out his Tachyon enhancer to increase his speed.[10]
In late 2016, Caitlin Snow arranged for Frankie Kane to move to Keystone City under the care of a good foster family following the latter's ordeal with Magenta.[11]
On March 14, 2018, Izzy Bowin was to perform in Keystone City during her tour.[12]
